Photographs, recordings and stories may be protected by copyright and other rights. The people who hold those rights retain them. Only copy, upload or share material when you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.

The website’s own design, software and branding may also be protected. Third-party software, music, voices and other licensed material remain subject to their applicable licences.

Report a concern

To report a copyright issue, privacy concern, impersonation or harmful content, contact info@memorybox.me. Include a link or enough detail to find the material, what the concern is, and a way to reply.

You do not need an account to report something about you. Please send only the information needed to explain the issue. We may need to verify a request or ask for further information before taking action.

Nothing on this page or in the Terms of Use limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a complaint, you can contact us and you retain any right to seek help from a relevant regulator or court.
